I received a one ounce sample of Novex Brasilian Keratin Treatment in August's Beauty Box 5. I have never used an intense conditioning treatment like this before, however, I'm always coloring my hair, and, it's current state is a little dry and often frizzy.
As you can see, not amazing!
The package directions stated to wash hair as usual, then to apply the treatment and cover your head with a shower cap for 25 minutes or use a salon vaporizer for 15 minutes. You may also just use it as a "normal" conditioner for just a moment in the shower and rinse it immediately.
I had neither a shower cap on hand, nor a salon vaporizer, so I just left it on my head for about half an hour.

The formula is very thick and creamy and it smells absolutely amazing.
After the allotted time has passed, you rinse your hair, then dry and style as usual.
I let my hair air dry for a little while, then applied some heat to give it body.
Major Improvement!
Truthfully, my hair looks and feels fantastic. Yesterday was an incredibly rainy, humid, and hot day, and my hair did not frizz up at all.
Overall, I thought this product was amazing. My hair still looks and feels great a day later. This is definitely a product I would consider adding in to my regular routine.
